Clair de Lune 2.0 broken under DC 2.2

Under v2.2, if I use CdL HEAD, jquery.js & jquery.cookie.js fail to load. Is there a workaround? CdL hasn't been updated in a couple years, and for support DA links to a stale Forum page.
