Activation du plugin via la configuration du blog

Description

Acutellement, pour que le plugin fonctionne, il faut activer le mode "hors ligne" dans le plugin mais laisser obligatoirement le blog "en ligne".

Il serait plus judicieux d'activer le plugin lorsque le blog est basculé en "hors ligne"
